PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Personal and Business Philosophy - "Stay here, in the moment, and focus on the 'now' and everything will happen as planned."
Time for rest and relaxation is necessary, but I like to live by the saying "work hard and play harder." In order to do, I put in 110% effort working six days a week on school work and developing multiple businesses. Then comes the one day weekend, usually Saturday, where I schedule all social events, family gatherings, and other fun and entertainment.
The philosophy is backed by many proverbs that I read every morning and night that I call "grounding techniques," which all remind me of the high demand success requires and help me get out of bed, heels grounded, and mind-set ready to go hard. The grounding techniques are usually accompanied by a small orientation process to provoke focus. The minute I allow myself to drift into daydreams, unplanned socializing, or distractions such as social media or TV programs, I find myself behind on work and disappointed with myself. When I "stay in the moment" and focus on my daily agenda, slowly but surely my short-term and long-term goals get accomplished with - not a day by day but - "moment-to-moment process" of hard work backed by quality from good education.
This philosophy has helped me overcome obstacles, achieve career goals, become the glue that holds my family together, and continue onward with my education through thick and thin. Some of the proverbs that support my personal/professional philosophy are bullet pointed below along with my orientation process for focus, and I hope that each person reading enjoys them and takes something from one or all of them.

Orientation Process for Focus
Usually I go through this process when I wake up and again later in the day or evening, after reading my philosophy and proverbs. It is a template of very simple questions compiled from techniques renowned psychologists have given to me in order to get your day started and begin thinking in a productive manner. The process is made up of three steps: re-orientation, naming of surrounding details, and preparing oneself to begin work in silence.

A realistic, logical process for routine success and grounded state of mind is key for professionalism and well-being.
